Q1 2006 shipping for N91 confirmed

The confusion and speculation over the release date of the N91 continues. MocoNews have reported that the N91 launch has been pushed back until the third quarter of 2006. Gizmodo have picked up this information and included it in their article on the reason for the delay. You can read the UK version or the US version.

Nokia have recently confirmed to wordontheblog that the N91 will definitely ship during the first quarter of 2006.

CoolTechZone has reported some insider information that the N91 will be released on the 2nd March in Taiwan. This has also been picked up by Engadget and SMS Text News.

Hi,

The MocoNews post has been corrected. "Third quarter" was a typing error, it should have been "pushed back until the first quarter". Sorry for the confusion.

Finally, an official release date. Now i can start counting the days:D

So it will no late than end of March. Good, although so far I can't see any official news from Nokia :(

The official news came from Nokia back in September, when the N91 was originally delayed. The update we got through from Nokia has reinforced this.

spoke to nokia this am by phone they say april is the release date, conflictingly though the website says march 06?.... who knows
