N91 on 02

We have been following Waynesters's plight. He's been trying to get hold of an N91 on 02 for over a week now (for previous posts click here).  Waynesters is again having difficulties achieving his goal.

Miles and N91 Guru both advise Waynesters to take a trip to an offline 02 store. We agree. Speak to someone face to face could put an end to this saga once and for all.
