N91 hardware issue

dragonn91 is having a few problems with the N91's hardware. Every time the music library is refreshed, dragonn91's N91 doesn’t recognise the hard drive.

My first piece of advice would be to format the hard drive. However, dragonn91 has tried this already. Looking at Nokia’s online advice, the next step is to visit a service centre.
