N91-HS-28 headset

Max47, from Italian community Nokioteca, has recently bought a used N91 and is having problems with the HS-28 headset. Could this be due to the device's recent firmware update?

We think it's far more likely that the headset is faulty. I am not aware of any N91 users who have updated their N91's firmware and experienced headset problems as a result.

Max47's first step should be to try another headset. If that fails, get down to a Nokia Service Centre.
