N91 design issues

Stefan, over at the Ring Nokia blog, thinks that it’s obvious why the N91 was voted 2006’s biggest let-down by C|Net Australia. He’s not happy at all with the device’s design, and he’s not alone. Cliff Edwards of Mobile For Teens, thinks that the keypad is too cramped.

What’s more important on the N91, the looks or the sound quality? If it does the job, is the design all that important? Let Stefan or Cliff know what you think.
